Greystone's electric fireplace helps create a homey atmosphere in your RV. With the front control panel and the wireless remote control, adjusting the multiple temperature, lighting, and timer options is simple. The built-in safety features prevent damage to you or your RV by cutting power to the fireplace when overheated or an object is too close. Installation is easy with the included instructions.
Adjustable Thermostat, Timer, and LED Lights
The thermostat-controlled air heater gives you 3 settings for temperature: low, high, and auto. In auto mode, you can adjust the temperature from 65 degrees to 95 degrees F (18 degrees to 35 degrees C) in 5 degree increments. The timer gives you the ability to set the fireplace running time anywhere from 30 minutes to 9 hours. Once the set time is up, the fireplace will automatically shut off.
Long-lasting, energy-efficient LED lighting provides the realistic and comforting effects of a fire during any season. The LED log and flame display can be turned on separately from the heat function. The flame display has 9 brightness levels to create the perfect ambience.
Safety Features
The thermal cut-off feature senses when the fireplace is not getting proper airflow, which usually occurs when the vents are blocked, and cuts the power to the fireplace. If an object is within 6" of the fireplace, the close proximity sensor shuts off the power to prevent fire hazards.
Installation
When installing the fireplace, you mount it fully into a cutout or cabinet opening, creating a sleek, finished look without taking up limited space, and allowing good airflow to the cooling vents located on top of the unit. The detachable trim piece slides from the glass front for easy cleaning and maintenance.

It is exactly what we ordered and expected since it was a replacement. We heard a clicking noise and took the back off to discover the back screen had slipped the track. We popped it back in and it worked perfectly. We did have to trim rubber off the feet to get it to fit into the opening. We absolutely love this fireplace
Great product, replacing old similar heater fireplace in 35 ft 5th wheel. Puts out more heated air than previous unit. Sale price in line with expectations. Order was simple, easy with Robert’s assistance and quickly received with no hassle or issues arrived 1 day earlier than expected.
Rating of 4 based on install, requiring shaving of 1/2 inch cabinet entry due to specs being 26 1/2 inches wide on unit vs 26 inch in description. Being on road in AK had to locate tools and saw.

My measurements of opening required the advertised dimensions of this insert be exact or I'd have some modifying to do. They were perfect. What a relief. Fit in perfectly and works as it describes, nice and bright on high setting. Time will tell how longevity of this is, but I expect it to work for years.
Ordering was easy.
This was a replacement for an old fireplace. It was delivered early. It was easy to follow where the fireplace was in transit. Installing was easy. Needed to use longer screws. That was because of how the old one had been installed. Works great, looks great.
Etrailer always impresses me with the speediness of processing and shipping my order out, 10 stars! The fireplace insert arrived as promised, plugged it in to make sure everything worked and all is good. Now just have to get it installed.
When I opened the box, there was no paperwork, operators manual, warranty information and the remote control was missing. I also don’t know why they did not pre-drill holes in the mounting flange to make it easier to install. Another thing I noticed was that the power cord came out the right side and it was difficult to get the unit in the cabinet. Once I figured out the control panel on the front it worked good.
The GR54FR was the perfect replacement for the WF2613R-2 Greystone Fireplace which quit functioning. After reading the reviews of others, the new fireplace was ordered. It arrived on schedule, was packaged tightly, and fit perfectly in the insert area. It works great and functions better than the old model.

I would have given this product 5 stars if not for two significant issues.
First, there was a loose screw rattling around inside the unit. I had to remove the back panel to locate and remove it.
Second, once the back was removed, I discovered that the plastic mounting points for the circuit board had failed—likely during shipping—leaving the board loose inside the chassis. Had I not opened the unit, this issue would have gone unnoticed and could have resulted in a short circuit and eventual failure.
I strongly recommend that all units be internally inspected before shipment to ensure problems like this are caught early. Additionally, the method used to mount the circuit board—relying on flimsy plastic components—is inadequate and should be redesigned.
Aside from these issues, the fireplace functions well and performs as expected.
We needed a replacement for the electric fireplace in our 2013 Keystone Fuzion. This replacement was perfect.

This was a replacement model. Fit is perfect and the install was super easy. The curved front is a very attractive feature. My first time experience with etrailer was very satisfactory.

Very nicely. I use it on a daily basis. Sometimes for hearing and sometimes for the ambience.
The shipping was extremely fast and shipped with the best carrier on the planet ,UPS! The fireplace is a nice replacement to the one I had before that unfortunately stopped working. I had to do a little trimming in my RV but it was simple. Thank you ETrailer.

This fireplace failed to power up after only using it 3 times. We contacted etrailer they verified the warranty still valid and promptly sent out a new unit. We bought to replace fireplace in our Winnebago 5th Wheel and it fit perfect. This was the exact model of the one we needed replaced. It was an easy switch. Works great!
The service and representatives at etrailer was wonderful but the product i received had issues so I returned it for a replacement. The replacement one also had issues also. I just returned it for a refund. The manufacturing process didnt seem sturdy enough for product that goes in a motorhome then transportation of the product made issues worse. The attention to detail when each were put together and then the inspection process was very inadequate, bent light fins and greasy handprints on inside of glass and loose glass and broken attachment points made me want to just get a refund
It is a perfect fit in the space it was installed in. The wife loves it and that’s the important part.
Took some minor modifications for the frame work but an easy installation

My fireplace heater went out and I needed a quick replacement option. I called eTrailer and spoke with Ric D. The unit arrived in 1.5 days with free shipping! This unit required a little modification to the opening but an oscillating multi made it pretty easy. I installed the unit yesterday after it arrived and it worked perfectly to warm the rig. We wanted to ad a lift tv and fireplace to our Motorhome and selected the 26 inch Greystone GR54FR to be installed. First one received was defective and eTrailer quickly replaced the fireplace. One year later and the fireplace is still working great and adds great heat in the cold mornings. Great investment to add value to a older Motorhome.
Installed yesterday. Working great so far. Will put the heater to the test next week when it will be cold. The fire looks prettier than my old one. Looks identical to my old one that stopped working. Only installation issue was, the new one is 3/8 inch wider! I had to cut each side of my oak cabinet 1/4 inch to accommodate the new one!
